NOTES --------------------- nice day but only one trout!!!!!!! short hits and lost fish was story of the day.stripers on surface chasing bait at chestnut point and lees cove.foggy conditions in early morning and sailboat races as soon as it lifted.even troutmaster mike santoli has had trouble catching trout so good luck guys in sundays trout contest.be sure to weigh in any trout you catch.

NOTES --------------------- only one 18 inch brown today.lots of follows but short strikes.rain past couple of days lowered water temps so trout turned off.at least 15 pickerel and 10 largemouth bass of no size.left east rutherford with bright sunshine but none at the lake.motor trouble also today.maybe lou will invite us to fish with him now that his boat is up and running again.

NOTES --------------------- Got the boat running again. Took it out this afternoon for a test run, brought along two rods. Had three Trout in the cove, a two and a half pound rainbow a two pound brown and a smaller brown. All fish hit the copper color phobe. This is what fishing should be all the time.
