NOTES --------------------- We started the day on Bonaparte pt and did not well. We had 3 flags and 1 fish.We caught perch in the shallows on the jigs.We then moved to River styx and we fished there from 5pm to 10pm. We had never fished in the dark before,but the bite on other days went into dark.We fished in the dark for five hours and we got 8crappie,4pickeral(almost4lbs),and a 3lb Bass. Pretty good first time experience.

NOTES --------------------- On the 24 Jan. we fished riverstyx and did excellent. Many perch on the tip ups followed with a couple of bass and pickeral.Perch were very active. Bass and pickeral varried in size Bass ranged up to 3lbs and pickeral up to 4lbs. On the 25 Jan. I went out on a limb and found my way out on the ice near chestnut. It was 3inch of black ice ice.Caught a few perch but called it early because of the unbearing temps. But felt good to be on the big lake

NOTES --------------------- Well bob and I finally got on the ice in river styx. Started out with a largemouth bass but the bite was slow. We did have a mixed bag of perch, crappie, sunfish and wouldnt you know a 17inch Tiger musky. Looking forward to another deep freeze to get back on the ice and hit it again.

NOTES ---------------------  I fished the state park Sunday and got a crappie and 2 pickerel on the tip-ups. The action was found jigging, lots of bluegill down there. Here's a video - Bluegill Bonanza.

I also fished Woodport on Saturday (ice was funky) and made some videos there as well: Mixed Bag - Largemouth Bass - Yellow Perch.
