NOTES --------------------- I took my wife and nephew out to see if we could get a Muskie. We trolled for over 5 hours and all we hooked was an anchor. We were pulling up the lines to go home and a 42 true strain hit, I gave the rod to my nephew and let him land his first fish in Lake Hopatcong.

NOTES --------------------- great night. caught a bunch of fish 5 stripers the largest being 9lbs 15oz, 2 walleye, 3 perch and 2 catfish. James and I had a little run in with a jerk boater at around 9:30. He had a bunch of people on the baot blasting the music and didnt see us..... at about 25' away from our boat we were screaming at them and then he started to turn after running over our lines.... may be he should put his beer down and shut his loud mouth wife up and pay more attention to his driving

NOTES --------------------- I brought a couple of my nephews and brother Mark out for a trip. Lots of fog and rain but we had good fishing on the first trip of the year using live bait. We landed 7 perch, 3 walleye, 2 smallmouth, a striper, and a rainbow trout while anchoring up on the drop off just outside the weedline. Here's some pics:
