NOTES --------------------- Finally fiqured out how to catch Walleyes. Caught 5 legal fish, the largest 4.5lbs, all of them over 3lbs. Also caught 2 Largemouths, some Crappie, Perch and big Bluegills. P.S. Dows has herring again!

NOTES --------------------- Kenny Pie and I caught a mixed bag. Action started immediately with a 5 Lb. 4 Oz. Striper. Also landed SM Bass, LM Bass, Walleye, Crappie and Catfish. It was a beautiful evening as air temperature got down into the high 60s. Was calling for "Sweet Lou" all night but couldn't locate him.

NOTES --------------------- Great morning to bring a first timer to the Lake. 4 Catfish, 1 walleye 17", a barely legal smallie , 22" Pickerel,and two 7+lb stripers(one for each of us) while they crashed the surface all around the boat, plus two more that broke off. Watched another boat pull in a huge striper, then race off toward Dow's (to weigh in no doubt).

NOTES --------------------- Me and my friend went out again "The New GUY".We went to Breezey Piont. we made a couple drifts and we got a smallmouth,striper, and alot of perch. The Striper was 7lb 1once.

NOTES --------------------- Took my 80 year-old father out fishing and he catches a 2 3/4 pound smallie on a plastic worm. Could not find more bass so took out the ultralights and caught panfish, especially about 15 crappie on jigs. When they say crappies suspend believe it, they do. Good fishing to everyone.

NOTES --------------------- i went out in the boat with my friend and we headed to Breezy Piont.we anchored up and started to use the herring and with in the first 10 minutes i had something bite my herring in half. then next cast i had a 6 and a half pound striper. and we lost a couple to so all in all we had a great day!

NOTES --------------------- Caught a very fat true strain muskie. Even though it was only 28 inches, it was a good 7 lbs. Made 2 acrobatic leaps. Also caught 2 walleye of about 4 pounds each, 3 pickeral, and 1 smallie. All fish were caught in a 1 hour period from about 5 to 6.

NOTES --------------------- Had every intention of bass fishing, but did not do well. So my friend and I pulled out the ultralights and caught 5 different panfish. Did the best on crappie, catching over 25 up to 11 and 1/2 inches. All on jigs and tubes.

NOTES --------------------- Windy and tough, but great fishing. Caught 3 nice large mouth, one striper about 8 lbs and crappie. Despite the wind the fishing was very good.

NOTES ---------------------  NOTES: Took the kids out tubing on this very hot & humid day. Around 5PM decided to troll for a little while. I put the Rapala about 100 feet behind the boat and was letting out the other rod when the drag started to sing on the first rod.
Since we were near Sunken Island, I initially thought we had snagged bottom. My son reeled in the line which had a 20 inch 3&1/2 pound walleye attached to it! His very first Walleye!
We made a few more passes before calling it a day.

NOTES --------------------- i had a few young boys 10 and 12 years old out and they had a ball.one caught a 28 inch pickerel and other caught a 16 inch largemouth bass.each netted the others fish and miles of smiles on thier faces.younger one lost what i thought was moby walleye after hook pulled out after about three minutes of sceeching drag and doubled over rod.heat got best of me around noon and we called it quits.we also caught catfish and perch.lots of tangled lines and three dozen baited hooks but i also had blast.we fished the same spot where fisherman lost a huge walleye on my last trip so if he reads this post it still is near the same barrel secret spot.aes ay ekim
